Puma is back in town! Puma Camillê is an Afro-Brazilian travesti, multidisciplinary artist, activist, educator, and creator of Capoeira Vogue. She was born in the peripheries of Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil, and has since travelled to more than 40 countries, sharing transestral knowledge and creating spaces for connection, expression, and transformation 🇧🇷🏳️‍⚧️

As the founder and Artistic Director of Coletivo Capoeira para Todes, Puma brings together capoeira, dance, and Vogue to challenge boundaries and expand possibilities for people pushed to the margins — including Black, trans and gender-diverse, LGBTQIAPN+, Indigenous, faveladoes, and disabled communities. Emerging from the intersection of capoeira and Ballroom culture, Puma has pioneered new pathways for LGBTQIAPN+, creating a movement language rooted in ancestry, resistance, community, and the celebration of their existence. 🤸🏿✊🏾

🔥 Come experience Capoeira Vogue 🔥 Everyone can join. No prior experience required, but capoeristas and ballroom community are especially welcome. Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in!
